What to Write to Us About

  • Country guide corrections

    Resume conventions change over time and we do not always catch updates as fast as we would like. If something in our guide for your country does not match current local practice, please tell us. Include the country name, the section that is incorrect, and what the correct information should be. We take accuracy seriously and will update the guide promptly.

  • Questions about a specific country format

    If you have a question that our country guide does not answer, send it our way. We may be able to answer it directly or use your question to improve the guide for everyone who comes after you.

  • Builder or download issues

    If the resume builder is not working correctly, if a PDF download looks wrong, or if a Word file does not open properly, please describe what happened and what you expected to see. Include the name of the country template you were using and the browser you were working in. Screenshots are always helpful.

  • Missing countries or gaps in coverage

    We cover 195 countries but we know that no guide is ever complete. If you work in a niche industry, a regional job market, or a country where our coverage feels thin, let us know what information you were looking for.

  • Advertising and partnership enquiries

    If you represent a company that would like to advertise on GlobalResumeHub or explore a content partnership, please include your company name, the type of product or service you offer, and what kind of arrangement you have in mind.
